A clean dark saloon car waiting at an airport pick-up area at dusk

Private hire in Warwickshire and the West Midlands · airports around the clock

The price you are quoted
is the price you pay.

No surge, no waiting-time surprise, no card fee at the end. If the flight is three hours late the fare does not change, because we track the flight and send the driver when the plane actually lands.

  • Flights tracked, no late charge
  • Fixed quote, held for 24 hours
  • Every driver DBS checked and badged

What we run

Twenty-two vehicles, across six kinds

Price a journey

What it costs, before you ring

Base fare plus a rate per mile, adjusted for the vehicle and the time of day. Airport pick-ups include the car park and the first hour of waiting, which is where most other quotes quietly grow.

  • Airport parking and an hour's wait included
  • No card fee, no booking fee
  • Quote held for 24 hours

Fixed fare

Indicative, and held for 24 hours once booked. Minimum fare £9. Waiting beyond the included hour is charged at £18 an hour, in fifteen-minute steps.

How we work

Four things that go wrong with a booked car

01

The flight was late and the fare went up

We track the arrival and send the driver against the landed time, not the scheduled one. The car park and the first hour are in the price, so a three-hour delay changes nothing you pay.

02

Nobody was there at all

Every airport job is confirmed by text the evening before with the driver's name and the vehicle. If they are not in arrivals when you land, the office number in that text is answered by a person.

03

The fare grew at the end

No card fee, no booking fee, no cleaning charge invented afterwards. The number quoted is the number on the receipt, and the receipt is emailed before the driver pulls away.

04

The vehicle was too small

We ask what luggage you have, not how many people. Six adults with six suitcases is not an MPV job however many seats it has, and we would rather say so than turn up and improvise.

A driver waiting in an airport arrivals hall

“Flight into Birmingham was diverted to East Midlands and landed four hours late at one in the morning. The driver was there, and the fare was exactly what I had been quoted three weeks earlier. I have not used anybody else since.”

About this page

Everything above is a demonstration

The business, the listings and the reviews are invented — this page exists to show what someone could put on taxihire.co.uk. The domain itself is genuinely for sale.

Domain for sale

taxihire.co.uk is available

You are looking at a demonstration, not a real business. We built it to show what this domain could carry — the company, the stock and the reviews are invented.

  1. 1

    Make an enquiry

Tell us who you are and what you would use it for. It costs nothing and puts you under no obligation.

  2. 2

    Agree a price

We reply with a price or consider your offer. Most conversations are settled within a couple of working days.

  3. 3

    Pay into escrow

Funds go to a licensed third-party escrow agent, never straight to us. They hold the money until the transfer is confirmed.

  4. 4

    Take ownership

We push the authorisation code to your registrar. You control the domain, usually within a week; escrow then releases the funds.

The demonstration site is not part of the sale by default — but if you want it, say so in your enquiry and we will include the source.
